


SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders will be shipped domestically or internationally via: USPS (United States Post Service)
Customers are responsible for paying shipping, duties and taxes.
Customers are responsible in providing the correct address where the items will be shipped.
Sometimes we have many orders to ship and they are processed in the order they are placed and this can delay the shipping of your order. We will make every effort to ship your order quickly, usually within 2-4 business days. If there is an unusual delay, we will notify you by e-mail.
Once the order is shipped we do not have control over the time frame for delivery.
Domestic Shipping via USPS*
First class and Priority Mail
Within USA - Product gets to customer in 3 to 10 Days
International shipping via USPS.*
First class International and Priority Mail International
(Delivery time depends on each countries' postal service)
For example;
TO UK and Europe - items arrive to customers with in 6 to 12 Days.
Germany - has some delays because of its custom rules.
To Italy and other European
countries - There are known delays of up to 14 days, sometimes 45 days.

We can not be held responsible for products shipped outside the USA, since we can not track or confirm delivery. Therefore we do not give refunds once the products have been shipped. Customers will receive a customs form number via PayPal which is not a tracking number but can be use to track your package at your local postal Office. The only items that can be tracked are the ones shipped through Express Mail Serivce, optional for customers.
