PRICING:

We reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, manufacturing price changes, errors in advertisement and other extenuating circumstances.

 

SALE TAX:

Arizona residents will be charged 9.3% sales tax.

 

RETURNS:

Items must be returned in it’s original condition within 20 days of the original day of purchase. Refunds will be made through PayPal or check depending on how the purchase was made. We will only take returns of items that were not used or opened. Once the item has been received we will inspect it and you will get your refund. Shipping is not refundable. If items are returned after 20 days of purchase there will be a restock fee of 15 %.

Please contact us at: returns@shirleybeautycareshop.com before returning any items. No items should be returned without notifying Shirley Beauty Care Shop and getting a confirmation RMA (Return Merchnadise Authorization) number.

 

LOST ITEMS:

We are unable to refund/replace items missing due to a customer error. Please verify that the information entered in the shipping address portion of the checkout cart is correct. The shipping label will be printed exactly as is entered by the customer on PayPal.

 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct address where the items will be shipped. Items are shipped to the address entered in PayPal. We can not be held responsible for lost packages shipped to an incorrect address, apartment number or to a P.O. Box. Please verify that you entered the correct address where your items will be shipped into PayPal at the moment of your payment.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We can not be held responsible for products shipped outside the USA , since we can not track or confirm delivery. Customers will received a customs form number via PayPal which is not a tracking number but can be use to track your package at your local postal Office. Since we do not have control over  Postal Services outside the USA we will not give refunds once the products have been shipped.

 

Orders will be shipped domestic or International via: USPS (United States Post Service)
